NET Reflector from RedGate. This program is what many use to crack .net programs. It includes the latest Reflexil plugin, which is required so you can edit the code inside Reflector.

What I did not include was "Protection ID", which is a
scanning tool that will tell you what protection is used on most programs. This is something you can use to determine if something is a .NET program or not. Or you can just drop it into Reflector, and it will let you know too lol..
